Description

Are you a seasoned systems admin who is tired of working on the same platform or tech stack? Would you like to deepen your knowledge of cloud technologies? Are you excited about supporting dozens of cutting-edge software systems for a world-leading SaaS provider and #1 AWS database partner?

With a portfolio of 100+ SaaS products, Trilogy constantly pushes cloud limits to support a centrally-managed cloud infrastructure for a global customer base. A stellar platform support service is critical for us, which means we need a CloudOps team to maintain various software systems for over 3500 enterprise users.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining enterprise business applications and solving system access and change requests from platform users. Our broad portfolio will enable you to quickly learn new technologies and pick up new skills by servicing thousands of global customers, rather than being pigeon-holed into a single product for years on end.

If you enjoy learning and are looking for a new challenge, join our team!

What you will be doing

  • Handling system administration tasks regarding account and access management for various systems and applications.
  • Executing network administration tasks such as DB backups and VPN connectivity.

  • Handling customer phone calls or chat messages - all requests are received via customer tickets.

Key responsibilities

Ensure that our centrally-managed systems and technology applications are accessible and available to every single enterprise user who needs them.
